I love the drama of this attempt. I like the use of the stars for the o's and the racing rockets around the name. I really like the script usage for the word fireworks as well.
Only thoughts are the following: 1.lets see if it holds up on a white background cause it has to be able to work both ways- on web it can be on dark or on tee shirts but on shopping carts or stationary/print material the black will suck a lot of ink. 2. fireworks might have to be a bit bolder or stand out/pop somehow- outline it? your call how to get this to work in a few different mediums.
Hi- All 3 revised verisons are acceptable and likeable. I needed to see what it would look like on white or sand color as well as with the .com added. Going to let my staff take a peek and see what their imput is but ultimately it is my decision. I like what you have designed due to it's simplicity.
I can see using the latest colorful group on product header/labels for rocket bags. I need you to take the #2 ranked drawing and get the word fireworks bigger and add .com to it even if it means moving up the word boom town into the top wave. I like the silver a bit more than the classy gold because it provides some contrast. with the one ranked #3 I find it harder to read with or without glasses. Lots of people go online or walk into the store without their glasses. It has to be readable from a distance and the word fireworks is key where the company name is secondary in the mind of the consumer public. thanks, marilyn oconnor boom town fireworks boomtozoom@aol.com
Hi- Website design team wants me to ask if you can come up with anything where the graphic stays to the left and the name stays to the right due to a home page design constraint. The prize has been increased to $300 cause this layout issue causes more work to happen.
I like what you design but it has to live on the webpage. For biz cards etc there are not restrictions.
Hi- I am not a 100% on what exactly the placement issue is yet. #49 the silver streaking rockets work best #52 I do not want the eye pulled to the left off the page for sure.
Keep the silver streaking rockets. try staggering the name
rocket boom town logo fireworks.com
not to keep me happy but so it will fit the web page
I tried to make an abstract letter "b" as an icon from the rockets. Also the other one is still using previous rocket but smaller size to reduce overall height. Thanks.
Hi-The website designers say in any and all good design the work will have to look good on a white background as well as a dark background. I have to select a logo that sits to the left and the script to the right and plays against a white background and is balanced color wise. One comment is that your choice of colors is more like halloween ( use of oranges) than the 4th. May have a point. sorry but dealing with reality.
Hi- Can you try another Fire shade other than orange for the word fireworks? You are ranked two only because I need something that WOWs against white as well as black backdrop. I am not in love with my first choice but it shows well against white. thanks, Marilyn
