Try more font variations.
Try making the word laces different height and width
Try other variations to just a - at either end
Play around with the o, I like it but it looks too corporate, needs more fun. I understand its a wave, maybe add some yellow at the top and make it a sun and surf.

forgot to mention the yellow inside the 'O' isn't working for us, we do appreciate the effort though
Perhaps you could try different pattern and variations for the letter O
adding onto the comments about number 49 could you make the two lines on the side of word 'laces' into a shoe lace
