I like the star concept but maybe only use two hand in the center in a grip,. with our motto encircling the hands.

Entry 44 - My wife's favorite. I like the desert camouflage and the strength. I like the helmet and colors in the circle of hands in 31. A white background could make it stand out or alone more? Entry 41 i like, too.

Could the hands in 41 be shifted to less of an inline orientation and have the arms come together at more of an angle?
