I definitely like this, but some others have had a black background and the colors and logo just really POP with it. Can you try something like that. Also make the B look more sophisticated. My eyes keep seeing this as a mirrored image 3.

Try to incorporate the B and C in one symbol , even if they just mainly look like the B and the C is hidden with in it settle but noticeable.

yes, thats a lil better. Take out all words and replace with Innovation. Make softer blends in color. dont like how the b and c are totally different colors I want the entire or most of the logo to blend from a blue to a light teal
Try having Innovations on the side and or below the logo

I like what looks like water in the center. Incorporate a B or b or BC and take palms and boom out of pic. I dont like the orange color, keep it with blue and teal. Also replace all the words with Innovation
