but I'm trying to understand your feedback
please have a look at this design

1. Have the bucket at the bottom of the stick on the very left hand side,
then the boom will straight down, and the bucket at the bottom on the very left hand side, is this correct?

2. if the bigger portion going from the top left corner toward the top right side,
then the boom will straight from left to right side, is this correct?

3. do you want to keep the boom to be bent at 90 degrees or not?

Nope. Have the bucket at the bottom of the stick on the very left hand side and have the boom which is the bigger portion going from the top left corner toward the top right side

The boom and bucket needs to be a lot smaller. And mirror the image and put it very small in the upper left corner with the bucket being on the very left side not the right.

Here is the changes
more of a darker blue in the top left
2 sections plus the bucket and 50% more smaller
and the last is a wide shape with the Caterpillar yellow

I would still like it more of a darker blue in the top left. There are not many machines that have 3 sections of boom. Please re look at some pictures of like a CAT 336 excavator and utilize a boom that looks like that. They only have 2 sections plus the bucket, not 3 sections! It needs to be bent at 90 degrees going along the very top then making the corner down the left side and about 50% smaller than this one. Also more blue in the top of the word as well.
I dont like how Un even the yellow matches the teal. Please go back to the thinner and wide design you had that extends out past both sides of the box and try to keep it the Caterpillar yello.

Getting better. Turn the boom 180 so it is starting on the right and going to the left corner then moving down the very left edge. It also does not seem like the yellow shape matches the teal shape.

Really want it to go from blue to that color teal in the upper left corner. The bright blue you did before. Also I do not want the full mini excavator. Just a almost hard to see or notice boom and bucket making the corner in the upper left corner. So it would be just opposite of how this one is sitting, but I want it up in the very top left corner. Not in the B

Let me see a cap B and see if you can work a small excavator boom up in the top left corner of the blue. Make it very small so it does not stand out much.

Make this a capital B and can you shade the blue from the same blue in the lower right corner to a teal/green color? Kind of like ocean water teal. I like what you did with the word. Looks nice.

Wow, I am surprised that I like this, but pretty eye catching. Change the font in the logo, think more sophisticated and try to have the goldish color a Caterpillar yellow

Maybe in the light blue part on the top and left, try to hide a small excavator boom and bucket bent at about 90 degrees like the corner is, but make it very small and settle to where you almost have to look for it to see it.

can the color in the logo blend into the black so it is not such a solid line between color and black???

Keep working on this. I kind of like the blk background. I think it is the B I dont like much. Try other font and lighten the Innovation a bit more so it really stands out.

Different and kind of like. Try a little different font on the B and get some color in it. Mostly Teal and Blue with a hint of the silver/gray you have now, maybe even keep a little black

Keep working. make the logo POP!!! take out bombardier and give the font a wealthy, clean crystal clear look

Take out the words, and put Innovation in its place. Dont want any construction looking logos. Do some sort of a Fancy B for the logo. Be creative and think outside the box
