Can you put a line on the left side to close the B? and mess with font for a more sophisticated look. Instead of gray try like an ocean teal. Maybe even try some color in the word (blue and teal), But make it settle as I do want INNOVATION to really stand out

Kind of like the BC a little bit. Take the boom out of Innovation. Keep trying please
