Make the mortgage at the bottom the color ombre like 805?

and can you do another version just like that (with the additional ombre) but with the main color as a white so we can see as a contrast? Same for the green version as well. I did prefer the solid green at the bottom.

Can you mock up this design two different ways. First, ombre the bottom like you did on number 805. Second, Place the B back on top like the original and bring the M inward more to center at the bottom?

Can you mock this one up so this side like #454? Also, the word mortgage is less legible that idea. Can You decrease the spacing and enlarge the font. Another quirk request, because b, o, and l are all bottom heavy letter and T is top heavy, having mortgage line up fully edge to edge may feel off balance. May want to see edge to edge but also see it tightened in.
