Although I do like this one....it seems a bit too patriotic to me. I like the star concept however, I think I would like it more if the stars were coming out of the word and perhaps the colors were gold and blue

I am going to look and see if I can find you something that shows what I am taking about.

Here is a logo I like that is like they are reaching for the stars...that is perhaps more the concept...we are a top producing team always reaching for the stars.
