Hi Ashley,

Thanks for the rank and showing the trust in our design. Our main theme for the design was your brief

"facility to help young technology entrepreneurs launch & grow new high tech businesses"

So the #193 shows how we are helping them group, where in an abstract form we are showing that one person is leading the other to a higher platform.

In #191 we are showing the concept from the saying, "taking a leaf out of his book". We are here showing how we can be good at our work for your career.
