I feel it needs something added relating to a fire department.
Something like:
a fire hose or an axe or a helmet, etc

Playing with the letters, adding some shading effect.

Ahhhhh got it, I was a bit confused with that, I though you wanted me to add the word "motto" on the design, I'll here to make any further change you need.

I like the changes and the alterations, the other shifts may have a little longer motto, but I won’t know how much until they get them to me.

Hi! Changes uploaded, I made some changes on the Yeti face, I changed the nose so it looks more like a Yeti.
