"top part of the E" means the top line in the E floating and turn to red.

Can you do BOBMORTGAGE in all caps and use Gotham Medium as the font. On the E please make the top part of the E floating and turn it to red. Make the BOB red as well. Also thin out the black on the "mark" to make it a bit more modern and move it to the left side of BOBMORTGAGE.
