Here it is as a stacked logo, plus the EST. 2000 you asked for! I can see this looking awesome with this grunge/vintage effect on a t-shirt.

Hey Bob & Co., Here is my proposed icon for review... something that will look awesome on ball caps and other merch/swag. I will post other full logos as well, because as you said: it's important that you can use both the icon and wordmark solo, as well as together. Could not have said it better myself!
