I’ve attached a Brand Identity Manual. I will be referencing this Manual in my below comments.
I have reviewed the attached documents. These are really cool looking logos, however all 38 of the logos I have received in this pdf are not compliant with our standards.
Below are my comments:
I’m referencing the first logo in the image below. This will help understand some of the other compliant concerns with the rest of the 37 logos.
The Registration mark on the RE/MAX logotype is not compliant with a RE/MAX Office name. Please reference page 17 in the Brand Identity Manual. Solution: Please remove the Registration mark.
The Registration mark on the RE/MAX Balloon is missing. The RE/MAX Balloon without the registration mark is not compliant. Please reference page 18 in the Brand Identity Manual. Solution: Retrieve correct RE/MAX Balloon file from Mainstreet under the marketing tab – Official logos.
The RE/MAX Balloon is not compliant with our clear space regulation. Please reference page 19 in the Brand Identity Manual. Solution: Move the RE/MAX Balloon to the left, so the right side of the RE/MAX Balloon is touching the bright blue line.
The full name of the RE/MAX Office must appear on all marketing pieces. Every RE/MAX franchise operates under a trade name that contains the word “RE/MAX”, such as RE/MAX Premier, etc. The RE/MAX franchise name must appear prominently on all forms of communication. Please reference page 12 in the Brand Identity Manual. This name needs to be added to all variations of the logo.
The State shape used in most of these logos is not compliant with the clear space regulation. Please reference page 17 in the Brand Identity Manual. The state image also has to be less prominent than the RE/MAX Office Name. Please reference page 12 in the Brand Identity Manual. Solution: The image needs to 50% smaller and moved away from the Balloon and Office Name.
