Ye, Remax is very stringent with trademark but agents can use as long as we follow guidelines. The logo above should be fine as all agents can incorporate as long as we use aproved logo such as the ballon

It turns out that I remeber correctly. This is what I found in the manual :

''The Associate may not alter or overlap the RE/MAX Balloon logo or other RE/MAX marks with extraneous
images, nor use the logo as a pictorial element; i.e., as a hot air balloon flying in a graphic setting."

Hello , Mr Davidson , as a professional designer I am obliged to inform you that i do not believe that the Remax logo trademark standards allow the Remax Baloon to be directly incorporated in the shape of NC as you require(or combined with any other shapes that would create,what they call a unique version) My purpose with this design is to do what you required in the brief but according to the REMAX trademark guidelines. Correct me if I am wrong , its been a while since I designed a logo for a Remax agent but I do remember this was an issue..
