#1 and #2 are good. Only thing can't seem to get over is the "B" and the "M" over lapping. Can you make the "M" be more straight sided and less like the "W"?
We still like these! The changes in #23 worked well. We are also considering that we will often use this logo on t-shirts and hats of both dark and light colors. The logo will either need to work well with both or will need to have two versions. Not sure how to address this?
Someone has just raised a question about the BMW "///M" logo use. I do not think that the BMW///Motorcycle violates this. We could change the colors if it becomes and issue.
We have been looking at these and talking about it quite a bit, one thing thing that has come up is that the text under the main part of the logo is fat, by that I mean that it is too bold and is difficult to read in the logo size that we are looking at. In a larger logo it would probably be ok. Can you put those words on a diet? They don't need to be skinny but they could use a little muscle tone if you understand what I mean.
We like the idea of the Icon but the shield is not jumping out at us. Something that reminds us of a motorcycle would be good, but don't use a sprocket as most of our bike don't have them.
This is really hard choosing, we like so many of them. We like the bold aggressive look of your logo's but they tend to be a little difficult to read. We like the changes to the text on the one with the shield, that helped a lot. The BMWVC is great!
Very cool bikes. When I was little I remember my next door neighbor had a BMW. This is back in early 80's. Thought it was so cool to have a driveshaft instead of a chain. I had motocross bikes starting at 6 years old up till about 13. I really think you'll get more mileage with a logo like one. So clean and not too cumbersome. This has the look of a dealership not a little shop.
I really appreciate your enthusiasm, unfortunately I am not the only one deciding on this one. We have not made a decision yet, and we are having spirited discussions about the different logos.
Just got back. Do you want the edge of the W that is next to the M to stay up against it or not. I'll probably make different versions. Really appreciate this opportunity Michael
#222 Nice! We are almost there. We showed to a few people and a couple commented that the B in BMWVC was easy to confuse with an 8? I think it might need just a tiny bit of work, just a tiny bit.
