What you think of this concept!
I was thinking yesturday what is faster then a Rocket...well...I could not find one...but then I am saying what is in the rocket..and astronaut...when the rockets gets to the star...what does it do..well..it needs to get into a suit to catch the star...so I was thinking of and astronaut with your BLUEPRINT in hand to find the star ( billion )...what you think...I could totally see this on a app...its square design....and I gave you two kind of details one with some and some less!..hope you like it...or maybe it has potential! :)...let me know!

I have looked at all four and had trouble knowing it's a lighting bolt. actually until I read the comments above I did not know what the drawing was. I'd like to see this more a real blueprint with style and less cartoon. Some measurements in background. Something I can tell a story with

Also, if you look at it in a small...it keeps his message..I know you like simple design...but wanted to give you option....hope you like it...and I can regain my thrown :)..hehehe....

Here is what a lightning bolt would look on a blue print...what you think!

I wanted to give you different stage of application..simple to a little more detail...more you look...

So basically I cut the lightning bolt in half...one part is blue print ( the mesuring part...and the other part is the Action, the realisation...it comes right off the page...so its fast...maybe its something we can explore...tweek...or maybe you like it...let me know....your thoughts!

I just saw that somebody else used the foot of mercury and the train. FYI...once somebody puts up a logo I can't used the same items...unless you put it in the brief so everybody else has a chance at it...but no worries.....il do my best and come up with something :) maybe the lightning idea on a blueprint...!....let me see what I can do!

So one with the Mercury foot with wings..and one with a bullet train!..see hwo it goes :)

I was just thinking ZEUS god of lightning :) Oh I like that...Greek god mercury foot with wings...in a blueprint style!...and it could be just a simple foot with wings on it....it can look good on a app...too..as a symbol...I can see it!..ok I will try it..

just got a bullet train concept...I was wrong. it works. take a shot at it

DId get a suggestion from a friend on facebook just now...Greek God Mercury's foot with wings. Interesting thought to do a blueprint of a boot with wings on it. Thoughts?

A highspeed train is fast but it's not as fast as lightning or a rocket. Also will it show up well small? Bullet is not friendly in america with all the guns talk. Going to avoid flying saucers just so I dont have to deal with people with no imagination. A turbine or engine that is big and simple might work if it's obvious it creates speed. I think rocket nad lightning bolt are simpler and easier to show...but I'm open. I don't want to waste your time though..you have been patient.

Rocket is faster than jet and doesn't have wings to complicate things. Same with a lightning bolt.

I think simple blueprint is the concept. Simple as possible. Something that shows up even when small. This will one day be on an app on phone. Too complicated, too much wont' show up small. Simple, has a story, works small. Speed needs to show up on a blueprint or speed doesnt' work with the name

Just to elaborate on the concept of the Exemple a jet..one part is blueprint...on paper..and the other part is not..color..and going off the paper...!...in simple application...! what you think!..

what is fast that isn't living that you would design? a rocket is good place. Lightning is fast...what would a blueprint for a lightning bolt look like? What else could be designed on a blueprint by engineers that is SUPER fast that will capture the thought. No people, No animals.

think a literal blueprint as you described

no kids. we'll test the kids you drew (which are ridiculously good ...heck they are fantastic) against something that is a blueprint. I used the gradient word wrong. Ignore that comment.

How about same little boy concept..but his in a boxcar ( soap Box Car )...shows fast...

2. Rocket, maybe again same concept as the little boy..his has his helmet on...and in a rocket..and ready to launch....

3. Maybe a guy in a straw hat ( kind of caribean vibe )... and he is working on his laptop...silhouette.... maybe...

4. I can do a Blueprint...with a grid...and their is a rocket on it...and mesurement....but it might look too much...but I can try for sure..if you want to go with that direction.
when he says Gradient, he wants more color and depth..correct...not the silhouette look,

Could a be a train..

Or some kind of fast animal...like a Cheetah....

Maybe we can go a little out their..
like some kind of Item with Wings ( Blueprint with wings )....

Let me know one of these sugestion gets your juice going, maybe it triggers something on your end....

but if you want, as they want a blueprint it seem....and color..depth...and a rocket....mesurements....I can maybe start on that if you like....Like WHat I am thinking on this..is this

Open arms blue print in the middle
Blue with lines ( like a blue print )
then a rocket display...with mesurement lines...simple...not too much....what you think!...let me know!

We tested the ideas. Everyone thinks they are great but they think the ideas are sending the wrong message. Ugh. They said that what we sell is speed. Getting results faster. That clients want to see a logo that says you get results fast, predictably and without a ton of work. They suggested that I should have a blueprint of a rocket with measurements, gradient lines etc that say we measure things first, we give you power and turbo speed. Before you draw anything, any ideas on those concepts? BTW There are only three designers left. I had to fill more so I put some people in but they aren't very good

Oh, thats very interesting, Lemonade stand is the beginning when you try to open business...its kind of your first billion...your first try of a business when your a kid...that's interesting...it shows the beginning..and if your a kid...what kind of business...your going to start...Lemonade stand...Paper rout....but lemonade stand il try something!...

1. One is with lower case
2. One is with uppercase

( please compare this one please, to get a better idea of your preference, hope thats ok )

3. One by itself ( i think it will be perfect for a letterhead or a website header.

4. The text for Sales Training, I think the size of it is ok, cause you have plenty of other titles so you want to have enough room to be able to fit the other titles without increassing the font size, so its all consistent. just the lines on the side will get longuer or smaller.

My preference I do like the lower case one, as it shows innocence just like the boy we are presenting in the logo. but thats just me ;)

Is the font size between 1 and 2 ranked different? I'm trying to get the treatment in your #193 of the lines and Sales Training over on the #`1 ranked design

One little thing I forgot to do, the number one rank, the font is reduce a little vertical...and the one with the lower case I forgot to that ...but it is the same font...just the application is a little different. did you see with the P of blueprint..and the L of Billion...I made them work together on top...so it all fits good...

Two other requests:

1) This new version has type size that looks much bigger. Did you increase the point? Can you make it the same size so easier to compare?

2) Can you send a pic without the font? Just the picture. Wondering how that will look down the road on materials? This means we are getting serious about this version:)

I do like the "to a" in lower case and also the double lines on side of sales training vs the single line with a star. Can you take your top ranked idea and make the "to a" lower case and use this version of the lines. Play with the font size/font of "Sales Training" and share your best recommendation please

I do like the top half of this. Candidly the previous Blueprint to a Billion type was one of the highlight ...can you put some version of the "dreamworks" Blueprint to a Billion underneath this graphic somehow and make it work?

What are the differences between three ideas you submitted? They look the same, but there must be something different..please advise

and I had and Idea, the ones you see with the half circle in the background...is all one piece...so its perfect for print...:)

thought of an easy update. We will have Blueprint to a Billion Sales Training, Sales Management Training, Marquee Customers Training, Assessment Training etc. it would be great to modify the logo with additional type of training ...can you show ONE version that adds Sales Training below the logo?

I do like the number one rank one you have right now..the kids and stars and telescope....

Oh I like also the idea of the treasure map...with the kid looking at a compass...oh or maybe looking threw the window like you said drawing on a paper..I know I seen that before...il see what I can do...

I am a freelance graphic designer. I am actually working on some packaging design for a food company this week. I am in the process of looking for a new challenge as my contract of my previous job ended!. so in the mean..I go on logotournement and do small contracts to keep buzy :)

Me from all of the concept I like the number one rank one...like I do like all the kids ones...but for me people that goes for their first billion are more older...but the kid also shows the innocence, right..its when your dream and wonder for the futur.

So is it hard to achieve your first billion...I am still trying to reach my 10 000$..lolll....:)

I was talking with my family at dinner about your ideas. THey smiled. So many cool executions..one I'm intrigued with is a kid drawing on a sheet of paper. Not sure if the kid is sitting or sprawled out. Is the kid looking at the stars? Either event, the kid is creating his future on paper. Another thought that came to mind was something to do with building a treehouse.....finally, a kid with a treasure map and/or compass exploring. I don't know what hte right look or metaphor is but what you've provided is really close. Now the question is what's the best idea. THe look and concept is terrific So terrific I cant hardly believe it

I just submitted three versions, one with the guy catching the star and the kid looking into the stars one with stars or with out....maybe he could be looking at other stuff...but more I was thinking, I think it would be too much..maybe just the kid with the telescope is enough...its like saying you can look at anything as you have no limits what you can achieve..

Could also use the kid to somewhere else relationship as the kid lying down with his feet kicked up thinking or seeing a vision of his future.

you had me hello. I have been trying to make the best out of conventional ideas but this is the first breakthrough idea concept that I want a customer to see. This is good work...I'll be cnadid, I'm challenging others to think this way too because I want something as exciting as my business is...so keep stretching this..find the next best great version of this or other. That said, this is really damn good. You're talented!

Oh you are making me happy:) Let's not worry about colors and type fonts...we can play with that later. I think the star should be to the right as something we are moving to not something we are dragging behind. please switch this around. Another concept? What it it was a star and the kid was looking at it with a telescope? Kid could be standing or even laying down, feet kicked up behind him, snuggled up and looking..this would give more perspective. Thoughts?

I rethought it..this is nice but I'm seeking more...I'd like to swing for the fence. My favorite logo is Dreamworks. So..here's what I'd love: I would love something that creates the hope of the Dreamworks logo. Simple. Emotive. Looking for that special logo that reminds the entrepreneur of the dream they used to have and the plans they made to get where they are, and the plans they need to have to get to the next level. If someone could tap into that primal energy, it would win this contest. So far, we have many really great SAFE predictable ideas that are valuable. They aren't special home runs...swing for the fence and show us your originality!

I made this concept a little more evident for the Two B's....and made the box longuer. and I was thinking what are you guys offering...so I was thinking Key's...Key hole....Maybe the box..is the secret of making billions..maybe you have the key to our success...Basically the box represent your book....and the two B's on the side represent the title...and the keyhole...is your secret you are giving to your clients to achieve their first billions..what you think!...Cheers

I want to represent is that you are the first building blocks of the billion dollard...so the blue cube, is the blueprint...and the green is the billions...so if we take you out in the bottom...what happens...it all co lapse...! il give you other option on this concept!...thank you

Yeah for sure here is my explanation:

The Cube is always a good way to show, outside the box thinking. Think like your " Blueprint formula " is inside the cube, a building block to your success. It could be also, the cube represent the first step to your billions, the first Block to your empire.

I wanted to show the two B's on the logo. If you look closely. their is Two B's on the cube, and one can't function with out the other.

Let me know if you like the explanation. My goal is to get this logo to be the number one rank, may I ask should I develop this concept more, would you have any insight for my next submission. thank you :)
