To confirm, the colors used in this variation were: Dark Blue - 324c82 Light Blue - 1090f6 Please review and, if you are happy with them, approve the files. When you are ready, please also email me details of the other color schemes you would like. When they are ready, I will mail them to you in a single email. I look forward to hearing from you. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 Thanks Steve. The logo looks great. We are happy with it and thank you for sending us the color variations as well. My personal email is annmarie@bluechasm.com. Thanks. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 Thank you so much! I will prepare the files now. I hope to have them ready within the next 30 minutes or so. Initially, the logo will be delivered in two file formats: EPS and JPG. Once you've had a chance to review and approve them (or request changes), I will send AI and PNG formats via email, together with any other file types you might require. I will also prepare a similar set of files for each color variation. For your reference, my email is steve@explogos.com. I will be in touch soon. Thanks again, Steve 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 Thank you Steve for everything! I just selected you as the winner. We truly appreciate your help. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 Thank you! :) The process is that, once you select the winning design, the files for that specific design are uploaded for your review. We can also share personal contact information. Once you have approved the files (during which time you can request minor edits to the design), the contest is formally closed and I will send you all the color variations and file formats you require directly via email. Best regards, Steve 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 Thanks Steve. We are going to pick #102 as the winner. I'm new to logo tournaments. So once I pick a winner you can deliver us color variations? Or do we need to do that now? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 I've uploaded 4 variations on the light blue, each with a different level of saturation and/or brightness. I've tried to make them different enough to give you a basis for comparison. Do you like any of them more than #102, or would you like to see some more variations? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 Absolutely... and thank you! :) I can provide whatever color variations you need as part of a final handover set. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 I know we only get one logo but is there any chance we can have you create the same logo all in white? I'm going to pick you as the winner just want to discuss. You have been so helpful and receptive! Thank you. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 Sure... I'll work on them now and will have something very soon. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 Can we experiment with the light blue. I think this is the one but if you can show me one or two others I would appreciate. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 No problem... please let me know if you would like me to experiment with other colors. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #102 Thanks Steve. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #102 Hello, This is the same as #93, but using 324c82. The hex for the light blue is 1090f6. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #93 Withdrawn This is our favorite! Can we try the blue in hex 324c82. What is the light blue hex? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn #98 and #99 are the two you requested, but I also uploaded a few other variations for comparison. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn Thanks! :) I'll have them ready in a few minutes. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn I know why they didn't work is the hashtag. Let me know if you need it differently. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn Blue: 1a2750 Light Blue: 324c82 Sea foam: 60f0d3 Can you do a blue and light blue one? Then a blue and sea foam one? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn Unfortunately, to ensure full transparency in the contest, we are not allowed to share contact information until a winner is selected. Is it possible to type either the hex code, CMYK or RGB value in this comments section? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn Do you know the hex codes? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn It won't let me paste the color details for some reason. Can I email it to you directly? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn Hi steve- It won't let me upload a doc anymore. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn Thank you... I will upload a revision for both entries with the correct colors once your update is visible.. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn I think #92 and #93 are our favorites. We have a style guide for coloring and am hoping you can use it for the light blue color. I will attach it in the main area. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #92 Withdrawn I think this is our favorite so far. Can you do this one but make the Chasm the light blue? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #92 Withdrawn Around midway between the aspect ratio of #84 and #90. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #90 Withdrawn I've changed the aspect ratio so the 'tail' didn't become too small when scaled to the height of the text. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #89 Withdrawn I've changed the aspect ratio so that the 'tail' didn't become too small. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #84 Withdrawn Can you make the wording line up with the height of the curve? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #84 Withdrawn Love this one! 8 years ago annmariew commented on #85 Withdrawn This is great! Can you make the wording all navy as well? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #84 Withdrawn Is this what you had in mind? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #81 Withdrawn Also can you make one all navy and how it is now for the new idea? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #81 Withdrawn Can we make this 4 bars? And the second bar from the left can we make it light blue? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #79 Withdrawn I've uploaded three variations - please se #80, #81 and #82. Are any of these heading in the right direction? I will check back regularly over the next two hours to ensure I'm able to respond to further suggestions. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #79 Withdrawn Thanks Steve. I know we are short on time but appreciate it. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #79 Withdrawn Hello - I will try to have something ready to upload before your contest ends. Best, Steve 8 years ago annmariew commented on #79 Withdrawn Hi RendraG- We are re thinking the armadillo. Could you do something like #79 but instead of the armadillo do a unique adoption curve but only half until it peaks like our word cloud we uploaded? 8 years ago rendraG commented on #78 Withdrawn A stylized @ symbol. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #72 Withdrawn Slightly more sculpted bars. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #71 Withdrawn I thought the middle bar could tolerate being just a little bit taller. I've also harmonized the bar of the tail segment. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #47 Withdrawn Please see #70. Does that work better? 8 years ago annmariew commented on #47 Withdrawn Can you do the same to this one where you move the armadillo to the left and in montserrat? Also any ways to make it more armadillo like? My team mate said it looks more like a dinosaur at first glance. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #67 Withdrawn Changed to Monserrat Bold; switched icon to the left; edited head; and 'flattened' bars. I'll upload a vertically oriented version, which will enable me to make the icon large enough to see the detail. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #64 Withdrawn Please see #67 8 years ago rendraG commented on #64 Withdrawn I think it's possible to differentiate this enough but changing the style of the bars and/or connecting the small bars to the curve. I'll also take another look at the head. Please give me a little bit of time because it's about to turn into a feeding frenzy here. :) 8 years ago annmariew commented on #64 Withdrawn I really like this idea tho! The armadillo looks a bit more like a rat or mouse but like the idea! And yes very "Cisco" like. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #47 Withdrawn Ah... I see what you mean re: Cisco. That probably rules my most recent entry #64 out as well. I revisit #47 and replace the font with Montserrat and, at the same time, see if I can rework the design somehow to avoid any potential conflict. Regards, Steve 8 years ago annmariew commented on #47 Withdrawn Hello! Can we take a look of the logo with our original font: Montserrat Bold? Also can we move the armadillo to the front of the words instead of above? The only issue we may run into with this logo is that it looks like the Cisco logo a bit. We may not be able to get trademark branding on it. 8 years ago rendraG commented on #47 Withdrawn We got back a little earlier than anticipated and have been able to start looking at refining the concept. I have further variations planned, including reversing the image out, which I think will make it more armadillo-like! :) I have to kid my kids settled for bed, so will return to this a little later this evening. 8 years ago annmariew commented on #41 Withdrawn Thank you! I like your idea and would love to see what you had in mind for the next step. Thanks! 8 years ago rendraG commented on #41 Withdrawn Thanks for your feedback. This new entry (#41) is very much a work-in-progress, but I am about to leave the house for the day and, since I will not return until after your contest enters the next round, wanted to share what I had. It's an adoption curve/armadillo, with the design built from elements that obey the golden ratio, including the relative height of the bars (with the second progression removed to steepen the curve); and the armadillo's face and eye. Have a good day! Steve 8 years ago annmariew commented on #18 Withdrawn Thank you rendraG! Very creative. I think it may be too far of a stretch but you are on the right page! 8 years ago rendraG commented on #18 Withdrawn The icon is a stylized adoption curve in the form of a bridge (as per your reference to 'bridging'). The dimensions of the core oval shape conform to the golden ratio. The font is my own. 8 years ago
