I really like your modern clean flat design but it doesn't do anything to illustrate the "Network" concept. Some sort of indication that BLUE is a network connecting individuals would be great.

Just FYI ,

Some thing representing connect doesn't mean to have a sign of connection.

Let's take the example of Facebook , which connects millions of people . A single letterforms mark creates a great impact on its users.

I love what you've done here with the "old school" look. Maybe try to make the text look a little more institutional like a big bank but keep the old school retro look.
