The sun around the outside isn't working for me.

This is one of my favorite designs, but my brother isn't loving it as much as I am. Maybe a different font for the name, I don't know what it is. Any suggestions on how to improve it would be welcome.

This is a popular choice, but it seems to dis-jointed. I like all three elements, the sun, solar and the leaf, I just think it needs to go together better. Many people have mentioned it is their favorite, but it seems like it needs more work.
