Two initial comments, we'd prefer very simple in design and the word's "window washing" are not necessary.

Our main goal is when people see this, their attention is dirrected to the name Blue Skies, not the logo. Secondly, the star is a symbol of our core values. We want that highlighted if possible.
We like #17 's concept, but would like it more if the name stood out more.
