With the evergreen tree replacing the "i" in "River".

With a hint of green in the mountains.

Maybe one option with a scripted font would also look good but not sure. Thank you

Also a splash of green...hint of green in the mountain somehow. Just a hint. Not to draw the eye away from the logo.

Very Nice. Would it be possible to add a tagline underneath to see what it looks like. "Business Strategies" & and an option with "Collaborative Strategies". Maybe some playing with the typeset bolness levels as well. Great Work!!!
