#5. I like the design. The three-tiered approach works, particularly as a banner for a web site. Would you be able to replace the blue with green? Ideally, you would keep both designs posted, and I will show them both to our design jury.

These updates are very good. We will be ranking and providing more feedback in a few hours. Thank you for your effort.

On entry #20, we would be interested in a design that made that ribbon smaller and the words tax structure commission a darker green. Also, we would like to see the slogan contrast a bit better. Our judges found it a bit washed out.
