regarding squeezing all the words inside if you want to just use pilot escort and leave services out?

Just thinking, unless you can squeeze all the words in the circle. Not sure if this is possible.

I like the raven in the center but it looks like it might be a penguin, are there other options. Maybe just turn to right upward -not sure
