Can we see a third color incorporated? Also, any ideas on adding some sort of graphic to enhance?

I am looking for something more outside the box like this logo. The font isn't really legible and would need to be more refined/modern for this logo. Also, I would like to see a graphic incorporated somehow to relate to a construction blue print/construction.
