My only reservation on this one is the bear own(as a icon) doesn't really portray microelectronics? I don't know if that is the right way of putting it. Makes me think of an electrician more than electrical engineering/software/IT?

Honestly was never expecting a bear. but something about it I like! I am going to get more feedback from the team tomorrow on this one if I can't think of anything tonight
