#8 is my favorite. I like how on both designs you integrated business, charts and growth line, and the cow. I also like how the use of the green. For #7 I think the chart positioned behind the cows head makes it see like earrings or something growing out of it's head. I would also position the word "group" less in the center and more right justtified. In #8 same comments on "group". As I review #8 more and more I am starting to wonder if the bars have a sense of being a fence also. Need to think about how i work that into my brand message.
