Many companies with global presence also use circular logos, so
if you want a logo that is memorable, the use of circles is a great way to go.
I admit the logo is a bit busy, but in that way it is more uniqe when commpared to other shapes.
Also representing growth is quite difficult, and I believe that the ball is able to take this message
across. I will be relying on you to make the decision of how this logo will be further developed.

I like the tone of the purple and the implied stock bar chart but it looks like a V if used alone without the font
