We try to come up with different ideas to catch your attention and to win your contests. Therefore, if a desgner comes with an idea he is the only one who holds the rights on it. Otherwise, it would be a lawless jungle here where everyone is copying the others. Also, the blue color isn`t a concept itself, but the "oo" as an "8" is. I still can`t do your revision because I will have trouble if I`ll do it. I will be brought to logocourt by the designers wo already implemented that idea and they want to protect it. I will be judged for violating the rules (copy other designer) and I will get violation points. And I don`t want that. Please see this for further reading: https://logotournament.com/help/client/147 If you still have questions, please send an inquiry to the support/admin team. Regards. 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #170 Withdrawn Hi. If anyone thinks that it is their exclusive idea to use the concept that a stylised oo is similar to an 8 is kidding themselves. All of these things have been come up with by us already. Competitors on this site are competing for our work. They is no such thing as ideas that are yours or anyone else. Is the colour blue your idea? The only thing that is owned in here is bloom8 and it is owned by us. So I would encourage you to work on further concepts 7 years ago envision commented on #274 Withdrawn Even more thinner. 7 years ago envision commented on #273 Withdrawn With thinner font. 7 years ago envision commented on #170 Withdrawn The idea with the "oo" to look like a horizontal "8" was already done by designers "jjbq", "itok" and "linggayoni17". We have a rule here which clearly states that the first designers who introduced an idea to a contest owns the rights to that concept and nobody else can do that. Also, the clients are encouraged not to ask other designer to copy already posted concepts if they were`t their ideas: "Please do not ask Designers to include elements from the designs of others. This includes unique font treatments, icons, shapes, and in some cases, layout of elements." source is here: https://logotournament.co/help/client/35 If it were your idea (if you have mentioned it in the brief or if you have asked each designer in the comments area to use that idea), then it would have been a fair game for everyone. In this case, all i can do is to make the font thinner. Thank you for understanding my position. Regards. 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #170 Withdrawn Can you modify the 'oo' to look the same as a horizontal 8 whilst maintaining the background image. Also, with the font a little less heavy or thick. 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #170 Withdrawn hi. could you try some examples of this style and font but with a less pronounced centre flower section. Or just a few petals. Perhaps another style could be with a similar type of fan but spreading vertically out from the 8 with just a few. Thanks 7 years ago envision commented on #169 Withdrawn I couldn`t see what font is on entry 121. So here are 2 font options. Thank you. 7 years ago envision commented on #142 Withdrawn With even darker orange in the flower. 7 years ago envision commented on #141 Withdrawn Here is the revised version. I hope it is ok now. Thank you. 7 years ago envision commented on #71 Withdrawn Your contest is in blind mode meaning that you`re the only one who can see all the designs of all designers at a glance. I can see only my designs and the designs of my fellow designers are hidden. Therefore I can`t see how the font from entry 121 looks like because it belongs to a fellow designer and it`s hidden. Here are 2 sites with free fonts. Maybe you could indicate me from there a font that resembles to what you like: www.dafont.com www.urbanfonts.com All the best. 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #71 Withdrawn Perhaps a font like 121 could look good 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #71 Withdrawn Hi. Looks good. Some variations ideas: Try to spread the gradient longer from blue to green for the whole bloom word. No orange in the bloom word. The 8 more like the font used in bloom. A slight gradient of the orange in 8. The centre O of the flower as round. A darker gradient to orange in the flower. Thanks 7 years ago envision commented on #71 Withdrawn Thank you for the feedback. Something like this? 7 years ago gavintbst commented on #57 Withdrawn Remove the tag line. Start with a lighter blue then green and then orange 8. Graduated colours. It would be good to see a floral addition but modern and not feminine 7 years ago envision commented on #54 Withdrawn Hello Please let me know if you would like to see any revisions (fonts, colors, layout etc). Thank you 7 years ago
