The red arrow reminds me too much of a demon's tail, but I think your logo is quite nice.

Entry#6: I like the font used in the name "blast" and the idea of the logo. I don't like the font for the "21" and I guess there are too many colours.

my idea with the small 21 in a circle is to give the feeling of the © sign

I'll think more on that arrow, as in my opinion it should symbolize progression/ success

About entry #10 (so far our favourite), we found out it is too similar to the logo of Extrabanca (extrabanca.com), an Italian bank we sometimes work with. The font is great though, we would need to think about something different for that arrow. Maybe another colour?

The orange shade you used in entry #11 is perfect.

Entry #13 is too much about "finance", we are trying to become cross-sector.

Thanks for the new entries. I still prefer #102: we chose orange as our "identity colour" and I guess it looks better with black and dark grey than with lighter shades of grey.
I'd like to see some versions without that orange arrow in the "A": maybe an orange line or some other trick. The font you chose for #102 looks very good and smart, maybe without the arrow it could look even more elegant.
