Entry 172 - Clean. Implies forward looking and innovation. Easy to apply to all three business units. Where would you state the business unit name - BWC, BDM, WRW in relation to the graphic?

199 looks like an arrow. But it does look better once the business unit is shown on the left. The colors do not need to be a variation of green, purple or blue.
