I like this one #9, but with a little change. I believe that the thing on top of the word is a feather. Could you change its angle a little bit so I can see the feather prongs? The symbols replacing the As don't look like letter and I don't understand what they're supposed to be.

I will make the changes, I like the feather above the word, but that with the a's were chicken feet and body :) very abstract way of thinking....

The As in #17 look better, but that thing on the top still doesn't look like a feather. No connotation of biotechnology either..

# 15 the As looking better, but the thing on top is not looking as a feather yet. I'd like to see the hairs in the feather

#38 looks interesting. I'd raise the feather a little bit so it does,nt cover the K. Another idea could be to start with the DNA swirl, continue with the feather, and fade into little spheres that represent molecules. Don't erase this one though.

#54 Here are the changes... I like the "molecules" because I think they represent so much more ie. enzyme, biodegradable, etc. Good call on that! Thanks for the direction.
