#60 - I really like the idea. What if you made it a santa hat, instead of an elf hat.

I thought that too :) wanted to try this first to see if the idea works, I´m working on a Santa variation.

#59 - Can you remove the ears and just make the hat red like you did for #83.

#83 - This is great, I don't think people will understand that the letters make up Santa's face. It's hard to see. I really really like this.... it just needs some more work to make it clear.

#94 - what if you just add the hat on top of big....so it barely overlaps some letters or maybe just the "B" in Big then remove all of santa's face. bring "christmas" up closer to "big"

#120 how about adding santa's hat to the top of the letters. maybe handing off the B on the left side.

#194 is awesome

I´m happy you like it, I correct the hat so it looks better on #196
