Big Tent NationLogo Design Contest

Thanks, twonzone - this design is intriguing. A version of #7 with smaller font on "Tent" would be helpful to see. Also, we'd like to see it in red/blue.

Can you make the "Tent" font smaller still? I do like how the original font size made a nice balanced width overall, but I'd like to see the tent image larger and the font smaller.

#13 is definitely a move in the right direction. Could it also be done in a more horizontal mode (i.e, words to the right, image at left)?

I like the horizontal nature of #17, but the tent is too cartoonish. We liked the very abstract 'swooshy' tent in the vertical versions - could you use that tent in a horizontal mode?

We're debating horizontal vs. vertical, but both look good. Could you try to deepen the colors a bit? We don't want them too bright, but both 12 and 21 seem a bit orange. Maybe a deep red and a deep blue (not bright like 7, but deeper). Also, I'm not sure the font of the word 'Big' works in 12 and 21; the size is okay, but it seems like a different font from the other words - I'd like to so a more cohesive set of fonts, though I like the upper case, especially on "Nation". So, maybe a version with "Big" in the same font family as the other words (though leave the size and mixed case). I'd also love to see a version with the words Big Tent in mixed case, but using small caps on the letters other than B and T. Does that make sense?

Sorry about this, but could you try using the brighter colors like in 17 and 18? Also, I had in mind for the Big Tent font is a use of small upper case for the letters other than B and T. You know how you can have all upper case, but have the first letter of each word be larger than the other letters? If you can do that, I'd love to see it.

Thanks! I like that better - could you do that one with out the serifs? Small upper case for the non-B/T letters, and more like the font for nation (though still bold) for all of the Big Tent letters?

Hmmmm... thanks for the update on #63. I guess it doesn't look as I anticipated (though you did exactly as I asked!). Maybe have all of the Big Tent letters upper case (not small upper case), but the same size as the ig and ent (i.e., make the B and T the same size as the other letters, but all upper case). Thanks!
