try to make the water stand out a little more. Use a brighter green for the Island.

try using different colors in the name. Remove the turtle.

I also like this logo , in its maturity but fun concept with palm and honu-g2

I like the concept.

Good start. I like the simplicity and the concept. Perhaps try changing the color of the fonts to not over emphasize "Big" and try utilizing flip flops or one of the other images rather than the circle. Thank you for being the first:)
