yes that is the way the font works if you want them raised I will adjust a bit but don't want the balance to be off..

I can adjust the gradient to be a bit brighter - but it will always show differently on different screens and when it goes from RGB to CMYK color settings - the key is how it looks printed - the color will change slightly when it is printed on different surfaces - The best way to control color is to use the Pantone Matching system and select specific colors you want. I am using gradients because you wanted a 3D effect - There will be places you will want to convert to solid non gradients. I will do another version with more of the lighter blue to show through. Sorry for the lengthy answer - but maybe we can work on this more directly after the contest is over.

are you able to brighten the letters so isn't doesn't get quite so dark? Or perhaps change the black outline of the letters to something a little brighter.......we are trying to think of a way brighten up the name

thank you, not meaning the ice cream cone only, but the scoops as well, they were already in good proportion, we just wanted the whole thing shorter.

what dark ombre are you talking about - you mean the drop shadow? That gives it the 3D look you wanted

Already shortened the cone about 25% but I can make it even shorter.

If possible to keep the 3 colors, but shorten the cone by about 25%

Can we see it without the darker ombre. or another way to brighten it up a little.

Also, can we slightly shorten the cone?

I like this - keeps the number of colors down and provides more balance for the logo overall.

I liked the 2 rows better - will check ice cream colors - but going to a class in a few min. so delayed.

this is using gradients to give a more 3D effect - it can be used as the main logo - and then have one version without gradients for things like embroidery or if you want to do etching on your glasses or make a lapel pin of the little bird!

It can be 3D looking but there are many places where you need a solid color rather than a gradient to print so you would need a separate version for like embroidery for example.

Let’s try omitting the star and increasing the size of the scoop of ice cream slightly

also made it one fewer colors which helps with screen printing and embroidery costs.
