Nice! I think I prefer for the Texas to be on the left side of the words. I like the stethscope incorporated. Maybe make the Texas a normal texas and have the stethscope around his neck like he is wearing it but not using it. Star where "Abilene, Texas" is. Its my home town and part of the "big country".
