Very catchy! I instantly liked your logo. I'm leaning towards something with a state of Texas theme. I like having a piece of art kinda independent of the words. That allows me to do things like place the art on my truck window and the words on the doors of my truck when wrapping the vehicle for advertising.
I have some people putting a state of Texas to the left of the words and hanging a stethscope around its neck as if he its a doctor wearing it around his neck/shoulders. Maybe incorporate a star where Abilene, Texas is which is my hometown and part of the "Big Country" which is my service area.
