BIANCHI ROCKS LtdLogo Design Contest

Thank you sooooo much for your Logo designs. Out of the two, the one incl the 'ROCKS' is my favourite and the one i am refering to below.

My favourite bits;
- I love the text at the base, the font, size, etc
- I really like the wing design
- The 'B' as the main focal point is great

Least favourite bits
- I really dont like the colour
- I think it looks a bit too feminine, that may be my fault due to the brief i gave

Initial thoughts on alterations
- I think the wings would look great bigger compared to the 'B'
- I would like it if the wings sat further behind the 'B', so that it doesnt looks less like the 'B' has wings, and more of a back drop feature type thing ... i hope that makes sense, im not very good at putting this into words
- Again i think this is due to my brief being faulty, but i think it would look great with darker colours, less feminine

I'm really torn! - i love the two different styles you have provided and cannot deside which i prefer!. I love #8, but im not sure if that is because it looks more finished to me than #11, which i really want to prefer because it is in the art deco style, which fits well with the statue.

I definitely prefer all of the text elements to #8, so if you could apply them to #11 that would really help me. Also, i love the wings of #11, but im not keen on the lower part/bulge bit. But im not sure what i could suggest as a design for the base section of the wings, perhaps just a line/platform base for the 'B' and wings to sit on between them and the 'BIANCHI'.

im not sure, sorry, i really love them but cant think what it is that makes them feel as though they're not quite there yet.

The logo that I had in first place had design elements that other designers felt were against the rules in terms of what can be used in Logo Tournament. As a result, the remaining logo designs that I entered were also removed, even though these did not include the design element that was in question.
