Discussion

Thank you for your designs. I prefer Entry #7 to #6, so my notes below refer to #7.

I really like the following;
- I love the Art Deco feel to the wings, they are my fave
- I like the use of red in the design, but i think it would be nicer as a deeper, possibly more plum colour

I'm not so keen on;
- The font/type face (im not sure of the correct term) i think something closer to the Art Deco theme would be better, and i would like the 'B' to match, which i think it does at the moment, but should you change it, please also do so with the 'B'
- The yellow, i think it is my fault as my brief wasnt great, but i think i would prefer darker colours alongside the red
- The arch, i'm not sure if is the colour that is putting me off, or possibly because the 'B' is possibly smaller than i would like in this design

Ideas for alterations;
- The company name is 'BIANCHI ROCKS Ltd' with an 's' at the end of 'ROCKS', just a small tweak.
- I would like the 'BIANCHI' to stand out more than the 'ROCKS Ltd', so these could be smaller on a different line maybe
- Maybe a slight curve to the wings ... just a thought

I have re-read my feedback, and it sounds like i am criticising more than praising, but i do really really love the wing design.

Thank you so much again.

Mu english is not really good.
So i'm not sure to understand all yours comments.
I modify the color and the curve feather. I change the type to the Art Deco modern type.
And I add somes dots for one version.
For your comment about the B and the Arch...i'm not sure I understand what you mean.

My opiniion : I'm not sure the curve is good, it's less "ART DECO" i think.

I wait your feed back

Hello,

i think you are correct about the curve making it less art deco ... apologies for messing you about.

The colour is better, but i want it to look like it has almost a shiny/polished finish ... is that possible.

I'm not keen on the arch, i think if the wings were moved closer behind the 'B', and the arch taken away it would look better.

I like the font too, but would prefer the 'ROCKS' to be in capitals.

Thank you so much for your entries, i really appreciate it.

I'm ok with your comment except with the polished and shiny.
I explain me. You want target the middle and the high class between 20/30.
So you must to be class and "hipe".
And I think if you use the shiny/polished effect you transform your logo in something cheaper.
look the logotype like "CK, Cartier, Boucheron, Chanel, LVMH, Giorgio Armani : less is more

So if you really want a shiny effect i do, but I prefer give you my opinion first.

I add a very luxe very luxe and simple logo just B and your name.

I think you are right about the less is more.

I have never been involved in pulling together a logo before, and it will have a bit effect on the companies brand as a whole. So im not sure which elements of my brief may be off the mark a little.

I really like the simple 'B' design you have done without the wings.

Is there anyway you could produce the 'B' logo with a darker purple, and another with a dark red too?

Apologies for all of the alterations im just still unsure on what would look best.

Thank you again for all of your entries, they are great.

the logo and the visual communication is not your job...so it's normal you'r never touch that before.
So I change the color as you wish. I add one version of the logo on the dark background.
