Thanks; this is generally the right idea... we would suggest a more unique font for the "BI Source", and possibly a different icon mark. Also, we include a period after the "Make Better Decisions." logo.
Thanks again for the new design. We still want to use a separate icon mark, like in the first design, but these are good ideas. The font used in "BI Source" looks a little better in this example, but still not quite the font we're looking for.
Here's a few other guidelines, refined based on the logos we've seen so far. The entire company name "BI Source" should appear all on the same line -- no splitting up the line between "BI" and "Source". Also, the word "Source" should appear with the first letter capitalized.
Also, regarding the slogan "Make Better Decisions." In all logo versions, that should appear in mixed-case, with the first letter of each word capitalized. I think it looks better below the "BI Source", rather than above it.
The icon of the cube with the maze on it... that is closer to what we're looking for in an icon mark. Still not exactly it, but closer than the first example.
