Guzz-tee - thank you for your input. This is a very good design though I'm struggling with the icon a little bit. I like that it is so different than what has been submitted thusfar. I'd like to see some enhancement here.
Let's add a little splash of color in the upper right inside of the Icon. Let's bold up the lettering of the word Marketing. Perhaps lighten the blue making it a little softer.

Okay, an update:

#40 - I'm going to remove this as it lacks a little depth. The color stroke I was thinking of was adding like a spot of orange in the upper right side within the right side of the logo.

#99 - I like your different approach, but the icon isn't resonating with me. It's a very good design but I don't think fits what I'm looking for.

#153 this is my latest designs.
This design concept is to use a combination of letters 'B' and 'M' to make an apple silhouette. I hope you understand what I mean and like it.

Okay, here's what we're looking at:

#150 - by far my favorite! Very well done!!! I like the font used here as well! Can I see a variation of this with the colors used in #40?

#153 - I want to like this design, but regrettably the apple created is not the direction I'm looking for. It is very clever though!
