Here is one that I was able to add for you tonight.... I will check back in the morning and try some more before your contest ends...
Thank you for the invitation.
Question...you used the words 'polished and refined'...only clean lines? or would you consider something with the same lines as with the An Image is Forever that you saw in my portfolio as well as the same type of lines as on the second entry for the surf unlimited that you liked also... I started to do a letter/initial with this style for you but when you asked for 'refined' in your contest I decided I would ask first.... Sometimes more 'masculine' designs are harder for me to do...but I will try again.
Teresa - I appreciate your question! In terms of the refined.....feel free to work outside of the box I've painted. We have a blank canvas, so don't feel that you can't let some paint get outside of the lines. I love your creativity and I'd rather not confine you to what comes naturally.
Thank you for taking the time to come up with #83. The purple outline makes it feel a little artsy and clashes with the sparkle within the b. It requires a close look to see the detail where from afar it feels almost like tye-dye with the contrast of the purple and light blues together. I'd like to remove this from the competition and see what you can come with from more within.
Thank you for your inspiration and I will think on this a little while and do some sketching...sometime today or evening I will start adding some more for you... Sometimes the concepts 'in part' are protected if another designer already used a concept or application, that seems to happen often. But I will add some and think outside the norm.
We really do tend to forget that the simpliest geometric forms are powerful statements and often follow what is the 'norm' or the 'buzz' or the moment.
The circle is under used or not used at all because we have forgotten there is nothing more perfect. It seems that it is even a daring step to consider something so simple.
