Hi,
Just saw the last 3 logos. Not what o had in mind. Let's go back to your first design, do you have any different concepts using 2 - 3 colors only?

This is nice, but I feel the colors are either too much or don't go together very well.
Consider reducing the colors to 2 - 3:

1. Change the color of the emblem to grey a shade
2. make the bird white by shading the background grey
3. Show Bethel Signs in white on a grey shaded rectangle
4. Place "&" in between the 'Bethel Signs' and the word Graphics and reduce font size
5. Show the word Graphics in Upper cases and color grey on a white background ( the opposite of the first line)
6. Try different color iterations but not more than 2/3 colors at best

Great logo. Consider making following changes:
1. Have The words Bethel and Signs on the same first line
2. Have the words " & Graphics on the 2nd line
3. Move the dove and steps symbol to the left of the company name. Thx
