Cool news :) Im afraid though that emails whilst the contest are not allowed, but i happily work along with you until you are happy, so you have no worries there, and i can also provide you with the exact colour codes too, no problems :)

I think this is my overall winner. I would like to be able to email you a mock up of how I plan to use this logo in a real estate yard sign. Is there a way for me to do that? Also, do I need to worry about exact colors? Like the formula for the red or whether the last name is dark gray or black?

I see what you're doing ... making a better distinction between the condos and the roof in the foreground. I think this version does it best. Hard to tell, but I think my last name is a little darker in this, which is good.

Even though this doesn't have a condo element in it I really like it a lot, especially with the first name in red. Could you tighten up the "t" so that it doesn't have as much of a loop in it like the "h" does? I'm planning to include this in a survey.

No rush, but I was actually referring to #45, which has my last name in type. That's the one I was hoping to see with the "Beth" in red.

I really like the friendliness of this design, which also has an elegance to it. I just worry that some of my clients won't find it impressive enough to be in front of their house.
