It's a little more cutting edge. I'm finding that the designs that are a little more of a balance with friendly, warm elements are ending up in my top 4

I've noticed that I like designs that make the single family home image dominant with condos taking a secondary role in the design. I've discovered that I prefer black, white, gray and red (not necessarily all at same time). In this case, the script could be a little easier to read. Primary use for this logo will be real estate signs placed in yards. I do like the handwriting and the fact the t doesn't have an open loop like the h does. (I'm comparing it to another submission that I currently have ranked).
