Let's change the blues to blacks for greater authenticity. This looks a lot better!

I see what you've done incorporating the native art. As cool as it is, I don't think the color scheme is suitable for this style of design. Perhaps going back to the more traditional Black Red and White. I love the whale tailes. Very cool.

I like how the tooth is starting to look like native american art... can you put a more native american spin on it?
