I like the wording. Now, the next challenge would be to make this icon stand out from a distance. I feel like more contrasting colors may do the trick. What do you think?

I like logo and colors. Let's change the wording:
Dental is most emphasized
then Bespoke
then the last word, Penrith, which will be exchanged for "care"
