Thank you very much for your efforts. However, the entries so far don't appeal to me, because they include a "man/woman" and I don't think it carries the right profile of the company.

Great, vibrant feel of the green accent color - like it!

With your approach, maybe all letters could be lower case "beonc", and still use that vibrant circle for the "o" and keep the "n" green. That way, perhaps, the emphasis is still clearly be-on-c.

One concern here is that maybe the green doesn't work the logo is used for black on white; what do you think?
