I like the different look of the icons of #71 and #68 over the other two but on #69 I like how you did the company name... it very much resembles the RE/MAX logo (you have the color combo correct with slash and everything)... which would work well because I will likely be using both together in some applications.
I would like to see continued icons that may go along with the text. Gotham is the primary font used by RE/MAX. Secondary font is Arial.
#71 is probably my favorite overall but probably to urban for where I live. I ranked the new one #92 higher because it is more realistic of a direction I'd head.
Overall probably to stick-figure-ish with the image of the structure but I do like the font.
Some feedback from friends in my office say that the slash between my name makes it seem like there are 2 people in the company, when in reality it is just me... so probably will eliminate that.
Out of those I like #99 the most. I'm not really sure what to tell you as far as making it jump up my list... it is definitely a more abstract look but I do like it. If you have time and want to throw more ideas, please do and I will try to comment quickly.
One concept to perhaps consider is somehow combining realtor/builder/renovator all in one... who knows.
I've gone for something that's fairly clean and simple, yet striking. Creating an icon that works well within the logo or as a stand alone element, one that can be used for things like favicons, social networks profiles or watermarks.
Great! I will try to explore this new concept, thanks in advance.
Thanks for your sincerity Mr. Clark, I appreciate that. I'm not giving up yet :) I will continue working for this project. Sure! I will prepare a new version with Kentucky shape to improve my proposal, thanks for your feedback!
sorry to confuse... on #122 and #123 from the revision of #114, take all those lines off the background... I like the slanted state and the pin point but the vertical lines make it too much. You can lose the hammer too on that one. Thanks again
Sorry I didn't read this comment at time, anyway I have uploaded some variations trying to reduce the weight of the lines, if you found some of them better just let me know please.
basically take #114 and take out all the skinny vertical lines in the background as well as the roof line. I think that would help. There is too much going on currently.
As we near the end of this phase, some feedback that might help but I will try not to bother you much.
I'd probably just play off #129 and #113. On #113 you might make each bubble different... each one representing something different: realtor, builder, renovation...
Thanks Mr. Clark, your feedback is highly appreciated, while there is time there is hope :) so I will continue working hard until the end of your contest.
Feel free to comment and ask for revisions, thanks!
Mr. Clark let me notify you something, a designer just report me that using the 3 icons for represent the slogan is his concept, so to avoid troubles or an LC I will withdraw all my entries that have icons in that way, because if I lose LC community votes all my entries will be removed from the contest and I cannot upload more proposals, sorry about this issue.
Hmm.. well I can understand that happening but I think it was a request of mine... but I don't want anything negative to happen because of it. Thanks though
At this stage I just want to focus on #138 and #137. I am going to move you up to the top rank so that you can go ahead with a final revision and to post anything else. I am going to give a few others the same opportunity and then I will select a winner. Let me know what questions you have and if I can help with the revisions.
I am open to seeing how your design would work with the Kentucky map... though I prefer the 2 logos that do not have it from what you have done so far. If you use the previous version of the map it may look too busy. If you can use a simplified version of the map that might work well.
As far as the 3 services, I'd like to include them all and for now do not prefer one over the other.
I do not have a preference on minimalist of detailed... as long as it isn't too cartoony or so many things going on it is too busy.
I hope this answered you question. If possible I'd like to move to the next guy by the end of Sunday. Thanks
Thanks for the info Mr. Clark. No problem I will upload my last proposals until end of Sunday. Thanks, I will try to give some new proposals focusing in what I think could works for your business from my view.
