instead of a single house, can you create a skyline or is that too much?

The firm is focusing on Real Estate transactions (buying and selling of condos/coops/homes...), do you think you can create a design that includes a home or apt building instead of the scales? also, can you include a slogan underneith the PC...something like "protecting your interests" (giving signifigance to the swords)

I like this a lot but for purposes of office letterhead, I need something that is not all black as it will be a lot of ink for each document...can you please also provide an alternative option
